Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a key labelling various parts of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
Further images released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
